New from ARP – upgraded bolt kits for late-model 5.7/6.1-liter Hemi engines. These bolt kits cover parts including the intake manifold, headers, and more, and are made from 8740 chrome moly steel. See more details below.
Official Release:
Industry-leading fastener manufacturer ARP has developed upgrade bolt kits for seven applications on late 5.7/6.1L Hemi engines from Chrysler. They include intake manifold, coil bracket, header, motor mount, oil pan, rear motor cover and valve cover bolt kits.
The kits are offered in both polished stainless steel and black oxide finished 8740 chrome moly, with a choice of 12-point or hex heads. Both are rated at 180,000 psi tensile strength, which is substantially stronger than Grade 8 hardware. Washers are included in the kits.
Advantages of polished stainless steel include being impervious to rust and corrosion, as well as enhancing the engine compartment. All fasteners are manufactured in-house at ARP’s ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 registered Southern California facilities.
