Wilwood Engineering launches their new D154 Parking Brake Rear Kit for Ford, GM and Mopar muscles. Wilwood brake kits include: 2-floating mount calipers, 12.19″ vented rotors, parking brake brackets, drum shoe parking brakes, BP-10 high performance street pads, and all the necessary hardware for easy an installation. Kits come standard in black, with a red powder-coat option. SRP drilled and slotted rotors are optional.

Wilwood Engineering has recently introduced a new  D154 parking brake rear kit that features the latest in disc brake technology. These kits are available for the popular Ford, GM, and Mopar muscle car rear wheel drive axles.  These kits not only provide better performance, but also the advantages of a parking brake for situations where parking brake functionality is needed.

Kits feature Wilwood’s forged billet D154 GM Metric 2-piston floating mount calipers in black powder coat. The floating caliper helps to minimize knock-back in axles that are prone to movement.  Calipers work in conjunction with large 12.19” diameter ULHP plain face vented rotors. These kits come with an integral parking brake bracket which houses the drum shoe parking brake and all necessary hardware for an easy, bolt-on installation.  Optional SRP drilled and slotted rotors as well as red powder coated calipers are also available.

Wilwood BP-10 high performance street pads round out the kit. Other brake pad compounds, including those for off-road applications, are also available. Stainless steel braided flexline hose kits are recommended, but not included with the kits. Wilwood offers universal flexline kits for 3/8-24 IF chassis fitting and 10mm x 1BF chassis fittings, call for details.
