With this new SureFit system, Vintage Air offers a standard rotary knob control panel or their all new “Deluxe” control panel (pictured above). The SureFit design means that many man hours of design, testing and fitment ensure a direct fit that bolts-in behind the factory dash.
New Gen IV SureFit System Features Include:
- Fly-by-wire fully electronic servo motor controls with no cables or capillary tube to route
- Infinite “just right temperature” air blending
- Infinite blower fan speed adjustment
- High volume dehumidified defrost mode
- Separate high capacity aluminum plate and fin cooling coil with copper/brass Cuprobraze parallel-flow heater coil
- Mounts behind dash in stock control location
Also new from Vintage Air debuting at SEMA 2012 is the new “Proline” or custom louvers. With four new designs including; Trident, Spyder, Penta, and the completely redesigned Swivel-ball available in either black or clear anodized finishes.
