So far we’ve planned out our Project BluePrint Chevelle to take on a beastly pro-touring persona, but before we can get too crazy, the basic upgrades to our GM A-Body are in order. That’s why we recently fitted our BluePrint Chevelle with a set of wheels from Billet Specialties. For great looks and premium strength, Billet Specialties offers wheels with the best of both worlds for anything from hot rods to muscle cars. With that kind of reputation, Billet Specialties wheels were the perfect fit for our newest project car. Check out BluePrint’s new hoops in the video above.

Wanting to have our Chevelle be a mix of form and function, we opted to go with wheels from Billet Specialties’ Street Smart line. These wheels not only bring classic looks to the table, they also provide optimal strength for street and track use. And since we want the BluePrint Chevelle to turn heads not only on the street but in autocross and open track competitions, we couldn’t think of a better fit.

Ordering our new Billet Specialties wheels was simple. All we had to do was take a few measurements and follow the fitment guide on Billet’s website to get our stylish new hoops in the correct sizes. For BluePrint’s front wheels, we ordered a set of 17x8s. For the rear, we opted for something a little bit larger and ordered a set of 17×9.5s. Of course, new wheels wouldn’t do us much good without a good tire, so we wrapped out Billet Specialties hoops in Continental rubber.
