Letty’s Plymouth Barracuda From Furious 7 Showcased At Auction

Fast and Furious is almost every car enthusiasts favorite movie series. From its very first installment, it captured the community and lifestyle we know and love – and more importantly, showed off some pretty cool cars.

In the recent releases, people have argued that the Fast and Furious franchise is too action-packed and not enough focus is being put on the vehicles. Whether that’s true or not, we’ll always be loyal fans to the series – and we sure wouldn’t mind owning a piece of its history. If you agree with us, here’s your chance.

Letty’s Plymouth Barracuda from Furious 7 is going up for auction today in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s featured in the movie in the popular Race Wars scene, in which its impressive V8 scores Letty a win up against an Audi R8. Its black paint job is accented with a stealthy matte gray vinyl, and finished off with alloy wheels. A custom rear fascia gives it just enough individuality, without going too over the top.

The car will be featured at the Scottsdale auction’s 4th Speed Soiree, an exclusive invite-only event for automotive industry networking. It’s currently owned by Jeff Allen, who has not only supplied dozens of vehicles for the movie and television industry throughout his career, but also has collected 27 vehicles from Fast and Furious movies alone.

Jeff explains, “I enjoy owning vehicles with great back stories, whether it’s an old race car, prototype, rare production model, movie car, or celebrity owned.”

If you are ready to be the new owner, or even just want to check out how much it goes for, be sure to check out the Barrett Jackson auction.
