New Headers For 1961-’66 Chevy Trucks With A Big Block Engine

One of the first things any hot rodder does to their ride is improve performance. That typically means installing a set of headers. Let’s face it, they look great, help performance, and with the right exhaust, help produce a sound that is unmistakably all muscle. Doug Thorley Headers gets it, and has just finished developing a new set of Tri-Y headers for the 1961- ‘66 Chevrolet C- and K-series trucks, Blazers, and Suburbans with a big block engine.

These headers are backed by more than 50 years of knowledge and experience and are sure to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds by leaps and bounds. Tri-Y (4 into 2 into 1) style headers, by design, will increase the power of your engine across the widest RPM band possible. That is the beauty of the design. That is also why many feel they are the best street header available.

To make these headers last, Doug Thorley Headers built them using industry-leading 14-gauge mild-steel tubing and utilize 3/8-inch-thick flanges. Finally, appearance is everything, and all Doug Thorley headers come beautifully ceramic-coated to greatly reduce underhood temperatures and protect the headers from the environment. These headers are American made and are backed by a lifetime warranty of course.
