Holley Introduces Alternator Bracket To Help Your Gen III Hemi Swap

Hemi swaps are all the rage when it comes to bringing life back into classic Mopar. The Gen III Hemi gives you a modern fuel injection, serpentine drives, and variable valve timing – just to list a few upgrades. However, as we all know, these upgrades always come with challenges. That is where Holley comes in. Their team of engineers has been developing products to make the job quicker and easier.

One of the biggest problems that people are finding when trying to complete this swap is alternator clearance to the frame on the passenger side of the engine. With the factory”car style” accessory drive the alternator sits low. This often causes interference with the frames in some swaps. Such as the 1972-1993 Dodge D100/D150s.

These brackets are made out of steel and comes in a black powder coated finish for durability and rust resistance.

This bracket from Holley moves the alternator up higher and further out from the block. This in turn gives it extra clearance. This bracket is designed for Gen III Hemi engines with either VVT or non VVT “car style” factory accessory drive systems.

You can get more information or purchase these brackets here.
