This ’71 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 was the fifth of its kind off the assembly line and has sat in a climate-controlled environment for 32 years. After being pulled out of storage, it underwent a full frame-off restoration this year.
The 4-4-2 still sports its original, numbers-matching 455cui Ram Air engine. It comes with an automatic transmission with Hurst shifter, factory air conditioning system, tilt steering column, Rally pack gauges and an AM/FM eight-track stereo.
Power components on this 4-4-2 include steering, disc brakes, locks, trunk opener, windows and bucket seats.
The 4-4-2 is finished with a blue exterior paint and white accents that match the white convertible top. The interior is white on black.
If you are interested in bidding on this 4-4-2 that has truly been brought back to its glory days, it will be available at the Daytime Auction in Monterey, California. It is set to cross the auction block on Saturday August 20th at 1:10p.m. We look forward to seeing who the lucky bidder is that gets to make this exquisite car their own.
