Trying to install long-tube headers can be a nightmare. It doesn’t matter your experience level; the tubes are always fighting for space. Lemons Headers, however, just debuted a solution at SEMA 2025 that might end this frustration for good: the Lemons Motor Mount Stands.

Total Engine Adjustability
This system is all about giving the builder control. The stands use slotted bases and a jack-screw center post to let you precisely set the engine’s position and angle. The fore-and-aft adjustment is up to one inch, as is the side-to-side adjustment. Vertically, they give you 1.5 inches of movement. This allows you to “move” the engine to create the clearance you need.
Why the Lemons Motor Mount Stands Work
Long-tube headers are trying to fit where the factory never intended them to be. They have to snake around steering, drivelines, and other obstacles. The Lemons Motor Mount Stands allow you to adjust the engine’s angle, center it in the bay, and find the sweet spot where the headers can clear everything without you having to cut up the car — a benefit every hot rodder can appreciate.
Beyond Clearance: Chassis Tuning
This adjustability opens the door for other improvements. You can now set a perfect driveline angle, which is critical for performance and eliminating vibrations. You can also improve the car’s weight distribution and chassis response by placing the engine exactly where it’s most effective. Once bolted down, the heavy-duty system is designed to stay in one place.
Heavy-Duty by Design
The stands are rated for applications up to and beyond 1,800 horsepower. They are constructed from welded, laser-cut steel bases and coated in the signature Lemons Yellow powder coat. They also come with Grade 8 or better hardware and are compatible with common clamshell-style engine mounts, making them an easy integration for most builds.
