FiTech Fuel Injection has officially released its most aggressive EFI package to date with the Nemesis 4500 1600 HP EFI System. Designed for high-horsepower engines, the Nemesis targets serious racers and builders who need consistent airflow, stable fueling, and reliable electronic control at elevated power levels. The FiTech Nemesis system focuses on real-world performance rather than marketing-driven numbers.

Airflow defines the Nemesis platform. The throttle body flows 1820 CFM at 20.4 inH₂O and increases to 2146 CFM at 28 inH₂O. Those figures support today’s boosted, nitrous-assisted, and large-displacement naturally aspirated engines that demand volume at high rpm. A parabolic inlet design guides air smoothly into the throttle body, improving efficiency across the operating range. Massive 2.300-inch throttle blades maintain a sharp response during light throttle input while allowing unrestricted airflow at wide-open throttle.
A Complete EFI System Built For Serious Power
The FiTech Nemesis arrives as a complete EFI package rather than a partial solution. Each system includes eight injectors, dual IAC motors, a primary shaft-mounted TPS, an ECU, a wiring harness, and all required sensors. This configuration allows direct control of engines producing up to 1600 horsepower. Support for 3-bar TMAP sensors enables seamless integration with forced-induction combinations.

This all-in-one approach simplifies installation and system setup. Builders avoid chasing compatibility issues or sourcing additional components. The Nemesis provides a single, unified platform for fuel and airflow management, making it well-suited for race-focused builds that still demand predictable behavior during staging, part-throttle operation, and shutdown cycles.
Fuel Compatibility And Race-Ready Construction
FiTech offers the Nemesis in two finishes to match fuel requirements. The raw aluminum version supports gasoline and E85. The hard-anodized matte black option handles E85+ and methanol applications. Both configurations use a CNC-machined aluminum body that prioritizes precision, strength, and durability under competition conditions.

The Nemesis targets drag racing, heads-up competition, and other high-load environments where consistency matters. FiTech backs each system with a three-year limited warranty, reinforcing its focus on long-term reliability. For builders pushing airflow limits while demanding modern EFI control, the Nemesis 4500 delivers a focused, high-capacity solution built for serious horsepower.
