Jay Riggs showed exactly what it takes to win during the C10 Nationals at Texas Motor Speedway. Walking through the rows of custom builds, fans and competitors alike paused to admire the Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center booth. The displayed ’52 Chevrolet truck really proved that intentional design choices pay dividends when the judges begin their rounds. It won top honors at the third stop of the TMI Road Tour.

Riggs Fabrication built the slammed Chevy on a No Limit Engineering chassis and utilized an LS-based drivetrain to provide modern performance. While the mechanical hardware impressed the crowds, the Inferno Lexus Red paint truly commanded the space. Under the typical Texas overcast skies, the finish looked like a deep, moody maroon. Once the sun broke through the clouds, the red tones popped with a vibrancy that made the truck impossible to ignore. TMI Road Tour judge Chris Baker found the combination of the low stance and the bold color palette hard to beat.

The interior execution from Brandon Falls of Falls Craft Upholstery provided the final details needed to secure the win. Inside the cabin, a TMI Pro Deluxe 55-inch bench seat features premium distressed brown vinyl with black contrast stitching. Jay Riggs chose special-ordered Double Diamond inserts that add a sophisticated layer of texture to the workspace. This diamond pattern serves a dual purpose by mimicking the angular spokes of the Mad Max two-piece forged U.S. Mags wheels. Baker noted the custom door panels as the first detail to catch his eye, highlighting how the upholstery flows perfectly into the factory lower door panels.

Falls also integrated the Double Diamond theme into a custom headliner and wrapped the amplifier box in matching brown vinyl to maintain a cohesive look. Every square inch of the interior feels refined. This win marks the third stop of the ’26 TMI Road Tour, and Jay Riggs now prepares for the remaining events in California and Tennessee.
The next stop is TMI Cars & Clearance in Corona, California, on August 15, 2026, followed by the finale at the Triple Crown of Rodding in Nashville (September 11–12).
