Gearheads love spending a free Saturday walking through massive indoor classic car displays. Many enthusiasts visit automotive halls strictly to admire rare Detroit steel, while serious buyers hunt for the next investment piece to park inside a private garage. Opening a brand new location in Katy, Texas, Streetside Classics brings a massive specialty vehicle collection directly to Greater Houston enthusiasts who enjoy browsing vintage sheet metal in person.
Setting up shop at 500 Commerce Pkwy, the retailer constructed a 56,000-square-foot indoor facility capable of housing 260 specialty vehicles. Visitors can inspect classic muscle cars like Corvettes, Mustangs, and ’Cudas, while collectors browse vintage pickups, early 1900s models, and modern supercars. Hydraulic lifts allow buyers to examine the undercarriage of every vehicle before finalizing a transaction. Streetside Classics operates a zero-cost consignment model alongside direct vehicle purchases and trade-in options. Co-Founder and Chairwoman Donna Mueller said, “When we started Streetside, we committed to a customer-first philosophy in an industry that desperately needed it.”

Opening in Q4 2026, on-site staff members can handle financing options, door-to-door vehicle shipping, and extended protection plans. Mueller added, “We hope to be a hub for the growing enthusiast community by hosting car shows, welcoming car clubs, and always being a place where you can come see that car your dad had.”
