Dropping the hammer without reserve, the recently concluded Barrett-Jackson 2026 Las Vegas event brought some heavy-hitting vintage Mopars straight to the Nevada desert.
Between September 10 and 12, bidders fought over highly original, numbers-matching hardware that rarely surfaces outside of private collections.
Classic Detroit muscle commands serious attention whenever it rolls across a major auction block. Seeing these cars trade hands brings back memories of when big-block displacement ruled the streets.

Leading the pack of highly documented survivors, a Tuxedo Black 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda packed a factory 440 ci Six-Barrel engine backed by a heavy-duty four-speed manual transmission. Retaining its factory trim tags and Shaker hood, this black-on-black coupe represented the peak of original muscle car conditioning.

Sitting right next to it, an eye-catching Moulin Rouge 1970 Plymouth ’Cuda offered a slightly different flavor. Armed with a period-correct 340 V8 and a Hurst Pistol Grip, this bright pink pony car wore a black hockey-stick stripe down its flanks.
Craig Jackson notes, “We’re offering some truly remarkable classic Mopars with their matching-numbers or period-correct drivetrains intact.”

Beyond the Plymouths, Dodge fans had plenty to fight over during the Barrett-Jackson 2026 Las Vegas docket. A professionally restored R4 Red 1969 Dodge Daytona rolled out sporting its original 440 V8 and an automatic gearbox. These aero warriors are super rare, which means even without a Hemi they sell for huge bucks.

Sitting lower to the ground, two Viper SRT10 convertibles represented the modern era of unhinged performance. An orange 2008 Viper pushed an extra 100 horsepower more than its older 2005 black sibling, with both cars shifting through manual gearboxes.
Jackson states, “Both are incredible finds and will be offered with No Reserve in Las Vegas.”

Catching up on the aftermath of these massive collector events always leaves gearheads checking their bank accounts.
Since the gavel fell on the final day, most of these heavy hitters found new garages, but a few post-auction deals occasionally linger for anyone who missed the live action.
Tracking down unsold lots from the Barrett-Jackson 2026 Las Vegas sale might just land a lucky buyer the exact classic car or V10 supercar they always wanted.
