It seems at some point, every vehicle manufacturer has produced a “bare bones” platform geared towards us performance enthusiasts – arguably, the most popular being the 1969.5 A12 Road Runners and Super Bees. In 2019, these legendary B-Bodies are turning 50, along with the rare A-Code M-Body.

And, anyone that’s into cars knows it wouldn’t be a rightful celebration without a proper showcase of these platforms. That’s why the team over at Carlisle Events has taken it upon themselves to support the milestone by gathering the best of the best for their 2019 Carlisle Chrysler Nationals show.
Don’t get us wrong, Carlisle events are always a hit – but with all the anniversaries taking place next year, the 2019 Chrysler Nationals is expected to be an exceptional example. It’s a long way out right now, but tickets are already on sale and vehicle show applications are available on their site for submission.
In search of the coolest production Lift off Hoods, factory 440 Darts, and Barracudas possible, they’re looking to showcase everything from barn finds and old school drag cars, to modern drag cars and restorations. The top-of-the-line submissions will be hand-picked out of the multiple classes to be featured in the event’s special indoor showcase area.

The 2019 Carlisle Chrysler Nationals show will take place July 12th-14th, 2019 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. For more information or to submit your A12 or M-Code A-Body for consideration, check out Carlisle’s website HERE.
