The Environmental Protection Agency proposed regulation that would ban all production based motorsports in this country. In an effort to understand the root of this controversial issue, SPEED SPORT’s Ralph Sheheen discussed the topic with North Carolina Congressman, Patrick McHenry, who has proposed the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act of 2016. This “RPM Act of 2016” as its known, would stop the EPA regulation from being approved.
