To many people, the 1959 Cadillac was the epitome of post-war space-age styling. For us, the 1960 Cadillac is arguably just as cool, yet prettier and sleeker with toned down fins and simpler details. The Eldorado versions of Cadillac’s coupes and convertibles added even more jewelry and are second only to the Pininfarina Broughams of that year for scarcity.
When Barrett-Jackson rolls into Palm Beach, Florida this coming April 16th – 18th, 2020, there will be a very cool example of Cadillac’s best for 1960 offered for sale.
The car has received a mostly original style restoration. Running a factory 390 V-8, it has newer paint, interior and ditched the problem-prone factory GM bags, for an Accuride setup and a nice set of custom wheels. Crisply finished in white and rare blue factory vinyl roof, this thing is slinky and a block long.
If you like your Cadillacs long and shapely, this car could be just the ticket. The best part is it is offered at no reserve. What’s it worth? The presentation is good and the colors are right so it should find a new owner in April. Go here for all the info on this Caddy.
