How did you get into pinup modeling?
A couple of years into modeling, I walked in a fashion show for a company named Romantic Rock. They have a rockabilly vibe to their clothing and I was inspired by one of the models at the show. This woman walked in and was drop-dead gorgeous, covered in tattoos, and started doing her own hair. I was shocked watching her style it herself and thought I want to be like her one day! From then on, I started learning how to execute retro hairstyles and began integrating pinup into more of my shoots.
Tell us about your first shoot?
My first real photo shoot was in 2013. It was with my best friend and a coworker of ours who did photography on the side. We went to the beach one day and we also shot some cars and motorcycles. Looking back at the photos, I realized I always leaned towards pinup without knowing much about it. I wore a white tie top, jean shorts, and topped it off with red lips and heels.
Where have you been published recently?
Recently I have been published in Smitten Kitten Magazine, Rocket Magazine, and on the cover of Retro Lovely Magazine.
Any upcoming shoots or exciting new projects you’re working on?
I just shot with Mitzi & Co for American Pomade Girl after placing first in their online pinup contest! As far as what’s next, we will just have to wait and see!
What’s your favorite classic car?
I am a lifted truck kind of gal. We are currently building my favorite which is a ’72 Chevy Blazer!
What’s your favorite car show to attend and why?
I would have to say one of my all-time favorites is Billetproof in Antioch, Ca. I love the people who attend that show, the bands, and that it is in September so it’s usually cooling off a little. I always have a wonderful time at Billetproof!
What was the last car show you attended?
The last car show I attended was Tattoos and Blues in February. They have a tattoo convention inside the Flamingo Resort in Santa Rosa and a car show in the parking lot! Lots of live bands and amazing people!
Any family members into old cars?
I married a third-generation car builder; so I guess you could say I married into the right family. Haha! His whole family shares the love of owning classic cars.
