When small companies come to SEMA for the first time, they aren’t usually going to be out in Central Hall, so it was a trek to get to the CVF Racing booth – but it was well worth it. This small company started out in a garage, and now provides complete billet pulley systems and front drive kits for the most popular GM, Ford, and Mopar engines.

This booth was spectacular, with lots of eye-grabbing color and billet components to draw you in, and the concept behind the components is to listen to customers, provide what they need, and make it affordable.

CVF Racing, which we were told by owner Nathan French was named for his two daughters – Courtney and Vivian French – began in the basement eight years ago and has grown because they are very receptive to customer input and feedback.

We were shown a few of the front drive kits available, including a new LS kit, and the new Stealth Black kits, introduced this year. There are two serpentine lines of front drive systems: the Beast and the Wraptor – an all inclusive LS system. Both the Beast and Wraptor are available in only an 8-rib design for maximum pulley grip.

But if you’re not searching for a full serpentine system just yet, CVF Racing also offers V-belt kits and individual pulleys for many popular engines across the Big 3. You can find out more about these systems and pulleys at the CVF Racing website.
