When the holiday season rolls around there tends to be an increase in crime, usually it is just the scrooges following around delivery trucks and stealing packages from your porch. That original seat frame that your loving spouse tracked down on eBay is taken from your front steps and is eventually tossed in the trash because thieves have no clue what to do with it.
