A 125cc engine may not sound like anything to write home about. After all, that translates to just 7.6 cubic-inches (compare that to your average 350cui V8). This size engine can be found on dirt bikes and pit bikes alike without much effort but when its mounted to something out of the ordinary, it makes for some hilarious fun.

That’s exactly what Colin Furze from England did, mounting a 125cc engine to a mobility scooter before letting it loose on ice and snow. Check out the video of Furze’s antics above, compliments of Autoblog.

Furze is a plumber from Stamford, England but is known world-wide for his crazy 2-wheel contraptions and stunts. In addition to holding the world record for the largest bonfire (he seems to have a passion for fire as well), Furze also holds the record for the longest motorbike. The bike is 72 feet long and can seat 25 people.

Furze has also tackled the “wall of death,” a vertical wall bent into a circular shape, on a Honda scooter, and created a flame-throwing scooter capable of shooting fire 15 feet into the air.

One of Furze’s latest projects was creating the world’s fastest mobility scooter, which he did using a 125cc engine for power. This bad boy can reach 70mph on the standard mobility scooter wheels.

So why would you want a mobility scooter capable of going 70mph? The same reason you’d want a big-block V8-powered barstool-for fun of course! And Furze doesn’t waste any time thrashing some fun out with the scooter in the video above.

You’ve done donuts in your car before, but we bet you haven’t ever done them with a mobility scooter. Add that to a snowy lake and 125ccs of raw power, and you’ve got yourself one hell of a good time!
