The reserve may have not been met in its last listing, but we couldn’t help but notice this clean kustom truck. Posted on eBay, take a look at this 1949 Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck.
Patina’d and decked out from head to toe, this Lizard Blue and Red C-10 is one bad truck. Packed in the engine bay of this pickup is a fully built 350 cubic-inch small-block Chevy V8 mill, which fires on first crank every time.
A silky smooth shifting Turbo-Hydramatic 700R4 automatic transmission helps put power to the pavement and a custom air cleaner and valve covers add a spruce of originality to the pickup. Power steering keeps turns short and precise and front disc, rear drum power brakes stop this truck without hesitation.
The body is as straight as an arrow, new chrome bumpers, and custom leather tailgate chains that add a vintage touch to the truck. The bed includes wood planks, further cementing its classic aesthetics.
The suspension of this truck sits on a Chevy S10 chassis, which is slammed on coilovers and a staggered set of 18-inch fronts and 20-inch American Racing wheels. Heading inside, this truck is plush with new two-tone sports seats, new carpeting, a tilt General Motors steering column, Dolphin telemetry in the dash and a locking console with cupholders and storage.
What will probably go up for sale again, will you be the lucky bidder? How much is this truck worth to you? Be sure to share your thoughts and opinions below.
