Event Alert: 17th Annual Goodguys Colorado Nationals

This week-end, the 17th annual Goodguys Colorado Nationals will fire up in Loveland, Colorado. June 6-8, 2014, more than 2,000 hot rods, customs, classics, muscle cars, and trucks will be sprawled out across The Ranch Events Complex.

Every Goodguys event is staked full of family-friendly activities. Amongst the spread of gorgeous cars and trucks, the Colorado Nationals will feature a full Swap Meet for those hard to find parts you need to get your build up to the next level, the AutoTrader Classics Cars 4 Sale Corral if you are looking to score your next ride, as well as a Model and Pedal Car Show loaded with impeccably built mini-customs.

The Nitro Thunderfest will also be happening so you can get your heart racing over the smell of race fuel and the sound of pure horsepower ripping the air. Some of the last of the front-engine dragsters from 1971 will be on display. Back in their day, these cars would rip down the track at 220+ miles per hour.

Special events can’t get much better than this. On June 6th, The Beach Boys will be “Celebrating 50 Years of Fun, Fun, Fun.” Held at the neighboring Budweiser Events Center, there will be a special “Hot Rods Only” parking section the night of the concert.
