 On June 27-29, 2014, New Castle, Pennsylvania will be home to the Back to the 50’s Weekend car event for the 28th year running. Being much more than just a car show, Back to the 50’s Weekend is a must see occasion for the whole family. More than 500 cars and trucks of all makes, models, shapes and sizes will be lined up amongst the amazing scenery and water falls in Cascade Park with enough space for more than 15,000 spectators to join in the fun.

 Back to the 50’s Weekend is so much more than just a car show. A portion of the proceeds is donated to The American Diabetes Association and all of the parking proceeds go directly to Par For The Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to breast cancer research. The three day event is sponsored by many local and national companies both in and outside of the automotive aftermarket world.

Friday through Sunday, the main stage will be loaded up with musical acts and Saturday there will be an organized Cruise to Donna’s Diner in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Admission is inexpensive at just $5 a person Friday and Saturday and $10 a person on Sunday. Kids 12 and under are free the entire weekend. Kids will also be able to enjoy multiple inflatable carnival style attractions as well as playgrounds. Multiple food vendors will be on site and commercial vendors will be on hand showing off their goods and services.
