Please bring out your hot rod, street rod, kustom or restored classic for a free mini car show on the lot. There will be no charge to enter your vehicle.
In conjunction with the VMCCA “Abbey Car Show” and the Florence Merchants Car Show, Pike’s Peak Motors will be holding an open house Friday, May 15th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hot dogs, burgers and refreshments will be served 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come out and check out our inventory of over 400 classic vehicles on our fenced 20 acres, most are typical rust-free Colorado vintage 40s, 50s and 60s cars; perfect for rebuilding or for parts.
The site also has a 5,000 square foot showroom displaying some of Pike Peak’s complete/drivable/for sale rods as well as 50s and 60s vehicles. Also on display in the showroom is the original Kenz & Leslie 1960s dragster and plenty of vintage signs for your viewing pleasure.
The following is a message from the folks gearing up for their grand opening, “At Pikes Peak Motor Company, we strive to help you find what you need for your classic car. If you need original old Ford parts and flathead parts, call us first. In addition to classic cars and parts, we now have over 400 late model cars and trucks for salvage should you need a newer engine, transmission or body parts.”
There will be a street dance in Canon City (eight miles from Penrose) at 5 p.m. on Friday night and car shows all weekend! Stop by Pike’s Peak at 62651 Highway 50 in Penrose, say hello, and check out their new facility!
