Now that the 17th Goodguys Colorado Nationals has come and gone, we’re already looking forward to next year’s event. The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association has a twist in store for the Colorado show participants for 2015. That’s because rather than taking place in the early summer, the 18th Goodguys Colorado Nationals won’t kick off until September 11, 2015.

For the last 17 years, the Goodguys Colorado Nationals has always taken place in early summer, but after looking into event dates and receiving feedback from the Front Range hot rod community, the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association has decided to move the annual event to early fall for 2015 and beyond. Due to that decision, next year’s Colorado Nationals will kick off on Friday, September 11th and run through Sunday, September 13th.
Just like the last few years, the Colorado Nationals will remain at The Ranch Complex in Loveland, Colorado. According to the official Goodguys announcement about the change, show-goers for next year’s event can still expect all the same sights and activities at the show, just at the later date.
Colorado in the early fall is certainly as gorgeous as ever and should provide the 2015 Colorado Nationals and all its participants with great weather for the show, swap meet, and autocross competition.
However, only time will tell if the later date proves to make the Colorado event more or less of a success than in years past.
Goodguys will be releasing more details about the scheduling change and preferred accommodations for the 2015 Colorado Nationals in the months to come.
