Heidts Welcomes Two New Employees, Releases New Catalog

With the expansion of their popular PRO-G IRS to include more vehicles, such as the Tri-5 Chevys, the ’64-1/2 – ’70 Mustang, Heidts Hot Rod and Muscle Car Parts has released their new 2012-2013 Automotive Catalog. The 75 page catalog includes all of Heidts products, from front suspensions like their Superide IFS Systems their award winning PRO-G IRS and dozens of pages of other parts including brake systems, control arms, four-link suspension kits and plenty more.

If you have been searching for suspension components for popular vehicles from Bowtie and Blue Oval brands, both cars and trucks, chances are that Heidts has what you’ve been looking for. Heidts Welcomes Two New Staffers

Starting in 1985 in a 700 square foot garage belonging to founder Gary Heidt, the company has grown into a modern 25,000 square foot facility located in Wauconda, IL. With multiple awards and real world testing of their products on their own fleet of hot rods and muscle cars, Heidts is continuing to grow with the addition of two new staffers to help provide the best possible service to their many customers.

Joining Heidts Automotive Group Team, Cam Benty will be responsible for all brands as Director of Marketing for Heidts. He will be joining Jeff Lacina to direct marketing efforts for the Heidts and Alston Racing brands, and also provide support for Cari Southworth’s marketing efforts with Kenny Brown Performance.

With a rich past in the automotive aftermarket industry, Benty has been involved in many aspects of automotive aftermarket and performance, including marketing, advertising, media, editor, publisher, writer and consultant for many major magazine and TV groups in the industry.

With more than 10 years experience in mechanical, manufacturing and project engineering, Manny Bonilla joins Heidts Automotive Group as Mechanical Engineer/Program Manager. Bonilla has an extensive background in new product development, material analysis and automating processes.

Bonilla is a member of SAE and a certified ISO 9000 auditor who is skilled in Solidworks CAD and earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Illinois. He is very passionate about cars, which is a great fit for Heidts to have someone with his talents and skills.
