Here's A Car To Take You Back To Your Childhood

Odds are you probably had a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe. After all, Little Tikes announced way back in 2004 that they had already sold six million of the cars. In many years it outsells the Honda Accord.

The Cozy Couple is still around, in fact, you can still buy one on Amazon (with free shipping!). But bigger boys and girls need bigger toys, which is why Ford makes Mustangs and Chevrolet makes Camaros, among other great rides we regularly drool over.

Still, if you remember your childhood warmly, this will probably be intersting to you. An outfit called Attitude Autos has created a fullsize, street legal version of the Cozy Coupe that’s guaranteed to take you right back to your younger days.

The crew at Attitude Autos began with a Daewoo Matiz and spent approximately 1000 hours stripping it down to the steering wheel and gas pedal and then rebuilding the iconic body and interior out of hand-carbed polystyrene. Afterward, they made it more road worthy by covering it all in fiberglass.

We have to admit the finished product looks pretty cute–cool, even. But we have no idea how much Attitude would charge to build you one–or who would actually want one of their own.
