Sometimes, too much information simply ruins the fun. In Hollywood, they call it the “Midichlorian Effect,” thanks to those awful Star Wars prequels.
Anyways, we spotted this cool video taken from the passenger seat of a wicked blown hot rod razzing the streets of Southern California, but the more we dig, the less answers we get as to what the car is, who built it or who owns it.
All we could dig up is that the vintage fenderless Ford Model A rides on a custom ’32 chassis and is propelled by a blown 392 HEMI sporting Stage V cylinder heads topped with a twin Holley carb’ed B&M blower and rolls on aftermarket drop spindles and spinning old school rubber.
Totaling out the build is a custom dash with late-model gauges, a wood grained steering wheel, and a manual gearbox.
We know, that’s not a lot to go on, but we liked this video not for its mile-deep introspective on building the hot rod, but rather, the visceral experience of sitting behind the firewall of a ‘rod like this.
If that’s not enough to motivate you to click the “Play” button, we really don’t know what is.
