Many cars found on eBay require you to rush into the decision to bid or let the lot slip by. If you don’t act fast enough, the lot expires without your decision. We found an amazing ‘70 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 that is definitely worth considering for an addition to your garage. The best part is that you have a month and a half to consider this car before it is auctioned off at the Daytime Auction in Monterey, California.

The 4-4-2 is a numbers-matching M21 four-speed convertible. This is one of only 549 made in 1970. The car is completely documented with the original sales invoice and shipping order.

Equipped with the original 455cui, 365hp engine, the 4-4-2 also has the factory power top, power steering and 3.42 Positraction rear end. Upgrades to the car include Rally gauges, N34 steering wheel and twin-scoop W-25 hood.

The brakes were also upgraded to power discs from the original drums, but the original drum brakes come with the car.

The car underwent a full frame-off restoration at one point that included a powder-coated frame and suspension. The 4-4-2 was finished off in green, Ming Jade paint with gold stripes. The interior matches the paint scheme with gold Strato components.

We don’t know how much the bidding for this 4-4-2 will start at but we’re sure that it will bring a lot of interest. If you would like to bid on this car, it will cross the auction block at the Daytime Auction in Monterey, California on August 20th at 1:25p.m.
