Made from the highest quality E9310 aircraft steel, these gears are precision hobbed to AGMA Class B Tolerances, thereby producing a true involute tooth form for a high contact ratio. They are finished with a proprietary heat-treatment process for long lasting durability and are then hand roll tested and inspected. Designed for high horsepower applications, Quarter Master Ultra-Duty Quick Change Gears are available with 64 gear ratios in 10-Spline for Sprint Cars and Late Models and 42 gear ratios in 6-Spline for Midget race cars.
