There’s probably nothing that grinds our gears more than some low-life thief stealing our pride and joy. Taking what isn’t yours is bad enough, but stealing someone’s car is enough to make any gearhead see red. Even if you don’t know the car owner, just knowing how hard we work on our cars and to have it all snatched away from us by a thief in the night is unacceptable, and we all have to pull together and spread the word.
Such is the case for Brad Rose and his 1966 Buick Gran Sport. This is a car he has been racing for a couple of years, and someone decided to steal not just the car, but all of Brad’s hard work and effort, too.
The car was last seen in the Middletown, Ohio, area on November 30, 2016, and was stolen by a person or persons in a 2003-2006 Chevrolet four-door pickup. Others have speculated it could be a 2003 or 2004 2500 Silverado with a Duramax. The truck has a light bar, black wheel flares, and a black stripe on the hood. There is also a push bar on the front of the truck, and it appears to have a company sticker or marking on the rear door.
Brad is asking us all to spread the word to get his car back. Anyone with any information about the theft or the truck pictured is encouraged to contact the authorities in Middletown, Ohio, or you can contact Brad directly at 513/314-2099.
