Home to the beach and near the beautiful coast, the Santa Maria Cruisin Nationals paid homage to kustom kulture with the utmost respect. Organized by West Coast Kustoms, the event included beautiful rods, classic rides, trucks, live music, and pinstriping just recently between May 22 and May 24, 2015.
Held at the Santa Maria Fairpark in Santa Maria, California, the sunny weather and swift sea breeze brought out hot rods and kustoms from all walks. Posted to their Youtube page, Suavecito Pomade shows us their perspective of the event.
Loading up their goods and venturing the Pacific Coast Highway, the video shows us the California coast is nothing but beauty and serenity. With beaches to the left, mountainous terrain to the right, and great vibes, Suavecito showed up to the Fairpark with joy and respect.
Driving from the Irvine area of Orange County to the city of Santa Maria, the Suavecito team enjoyed a cruise that could be considered a bucket list activity for the driving enthusiast in you. The California coast may be home to the cold Pacific, but its beauty from afar is breathtaking.
With their Suavecito Pomade booth all set up, we take a look around at what the event as a whole had to offer. Having car clubs, enthusiasts, and kustom kulture in one place, the Santa Maria Cruisin Nationals made for an enjoyable early summer experience for all age groups.
From candy paint to rusted and patina’d, there were trucks, rat rods, and custom classics to suit all tastes. Will you be there next year for the show and festivities?
