Video: Saudi Hoons Stake Claim For Worlds Biggest Knucklehead Driver

As further proof of the international existence of jackass drivers, we found this video posted on YouTube. It features a road somewhere in Saudi Arabia, a 2014 Dodge Charger, an errant camel, lots of sand, and some of the most ridiculous behavior ever seen behind the wheel.

What is seen here is best described as lunacy! In an interior shot we see these maniacs rolling at 220 kph, or better than 130 mph, on a well traveled public road. At this point the driver begins to jerk the wheel from side to side creating a series of slides that eventually culminate in a few 360’s in the center of the highway.

Closer inspection reveals that none of the pictured occupants seem to be wearing seat belts! Of course if anything went wrong at this juncture the restraints are probably pointless.

It seems like the conditions inside the cabin are somewhere between glee and sheer bedlam. Unfortunately, there are no accompanying subtitles to the arabic soundtrack. However we suspect that English translations would be similar to our often heard “Hey, watch this” and “Here, hold my beer!”

The exterior views are no less insane. It’s bad enough that the driver is performing these squirrelly maneuvers on the road but also notice the whack job sitting shotgun is hanging out the passenger-side window and giving the “look Ma, no hands” routine.

The producer of the video is Deenaly HD but there was no information about them on their video page. Perhaps they prefer to keep a low profile should their local police take an interest in what is going on in their circle of friends. We suspect that the normally reserved and ordered Saudi officials and their constabulary would take a dim view of this activity.

Drifting is a dangerous undertaking even under the most controlled conditions. But like all racing and competitive automotive pastimes, has found its place as a sport. It’s fun to watch, exciting to do and demands incredible skill and preparation to accomplish successfully and safely. Risking your life, the lives of your friends and others by doing this on any public road doesn’t show courage and skill. It only demonstrates immaturity, irresponsibility and recklessness.
