From the something different department, today we’ve got this awesome Volvo-powered turbocharged tractor setting the crops (and road) on fire somewhere across the pond. After all, isn’t a turbocharged tractor that can lay tracks with the best of ’em something you need to have in the garage? The driver puts this machine through its paces – from rolling down an unpaved road at speeds no tractor should be capable of to hammering donuts across the same road – a barrel of fun wrapped in a stealthy basketball-orange paint job. At one point, the cameraman following the tractor glanced down at his speedometer. At 70 kph (that’s 43.495983457 MPH for the Americans) it’s all he can do to keep the car on the unpaved road – we can only imagine the white-knuckle fun for the tractor driver.

Steering doesn’t seem to be much of a concern, though, as the driver whips the Terror around with aplomb using a heavy foot and a not-safe-for-human-consumption-in-America steering-wheel knob. We have to wonder if it’s of the Eight-Ball type – those things make cooking up sweet donuts a simple task. Throughout it all, the sound of the turbo spooling up and blowing off is enough to make any self-respecting ricer boy clap his hands in glee. Tire-spinning, grass-chucking figure eights like this should be on the bucket list of any true hot-rodder.

Our foreign language translator isn’t working, though, so we can’t even tell you what the video description says. What we can tell you, however, is that we’d love to have one of these bad boys in the garage. We also figured out that “OW” means the same thing in any language. Truth be told, there are enterprising hotrodders everywhere, and sometimes, you just have to work with what you have. Burnouts and donuts are part of the universal language that are sure to get the natives fired up and we enjoyed the 4:11 we spent watching them.
