Classic car fans and dedicated collectors are gearing up for a massive automotive gathering in Florida next month. The highly anticipated Palm Beach Auction runs from April 16 to 18 and promises an incredible lineup of American collectibles crossing the block with no reserve. From pristine restorations to heavily customized builds, these event highlights will give you a glimpse of automotive design from the 1950s through the 1970s.

Leading the charge for vintage muscle is a stunning 1970 Dodge Hemi Challenger R/T. This Hemi Orange beauty boasts a matching-numbers V-8 engine and previously claimed Best of Show at the Mopar Nationals. Fans of silver screen icons will gravitate toward a 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor tribute. Builders swapped its original big-block for a potent Coyote crate engine and even secured authenticity certificates signed by the movie cast.

Craig Jackson serves as the chairman and chief executive officer. Jackson noted: “Barrett-Jackson brought original and custom American vehicles from the 1950s through the 1970s to the forefront of the collector car community over 30 years ago.” He explained that this era continues to be a hot market worldwide. Collectors seeking factory perfection will appreciate the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396 convertible that underwent a complete nut-and-bolt restoration to retain its original power brakes.

Bidders attending the Palm Beach Auction will also see truly extreme vehicles. A standout 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Baldwin Motion speedster demanded over 2,500 hours of labor to complete when new. Builders removed the roof and dropped in an LS3 engine to create a unique topless masterpiece. Chevrolet enthusiasts can bid on two different 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupes alongside a gorgeous 1957 Bel Air convertible featuring a comprehensive frame-off restoration and brilliant red paint.

Securing a spot to watch these works of art find new homes is easy. Organizers offer advance tickets online with special pricing for military members and first responders. After wrapping up the Palm Beach Auction, the world-famous automotive tour will pack up and head to Ohio for an inaugural Columbus event in June before returning to Las Vegas in September.
