You may think that we sit around, feet on the desk, watching cool car videos on YouTube everyday, but that’s not the truth.
We’re pretty sure that most people believe that we sit around with our feet on the desk just talking about cars. You’d be pretty surprised to actually find us talking to manufacturers, car builders and even our readers that call in. When we are not on the phone or typing the next greatest article on the keyboard, we are actually in meetings to brainstorm the latest irresistible topic for the next greatest article ever.

We actually spend a great deal of time researching the numbers to decipher what our readers want to see.
Despite our herculean efforts to predict what our readership is going to click on for reading entertainment, we sometimes miss the mark and worse yet, sometimes we don’t even hit the target. Yeah, we know, it is rare but it happens from time-to-time. We write an article that turns out to be a rotten egg. That doesn’t keep us from trying to find that golden egg that everyone wants.
In our latest brainstorming session, the lowest ranking person in the room came up with the brightest idea that has ever seen the light of day in our conference room. “If you want to know what your readers want to read, why don’t you ask them?”
The response was brief and immediate: “Brilliant, Mr. lowest ranking guy in the room. As a reward, you get to design and create a reader survey.”

“If you want to know what your readers want to see, why don’t you ask them,” said the youngest guy in the meeting.
The Survey
This survey is completely anonymous and as such, we do not collect or sell any personal information. Your input and opinion is valued and it will help us make the best decisions on the content that you want to read. Trust us, the results will have an impact on future articles.
So we humbly ask you to spend a few minutes to complete this survey. At the end of the survey you will have the option to provide your email address to receive a weekly newsletter covering our latest and most popular stories. We’d love to have you as a member of our community and keep you up to date on the latest and greatest. You can also opt out of the weekly newsletter, but it would hurt our Editor’s feeling (he only has one).
Thanks again, and for those that take the time to fill out the reader’s survey, thank you for guiding the direction of our publication. Even if you fill out the survey for one of our sister publications, we would appreciate your time in filling out this one because each of the surveys are specific to each magazine title.
We appreciate it. You can find the reader’s survey here: Rod Authority Reader’s Survey
