Event Alert: Goodguys 23rd Lone Star Nationals This Weekend

The Goodguys Rod and Custom Association roll into Fort Worth this weekend for a party – Texas style. This marks the 23rd time that the Goodguys crew has visited the heart of Texas for a full weekend of events. If past history is any indication of what to expect this weekend, the Nationals will probably be as big as… well, as big as Texas.

Pre-event party starts the celebration on Thursday night, October 1, at the DFW Marriott across the Highway from the Texas Motor Speedway at 5:00 pm. Music, food and fun will lead the way as the event kicks off. There will be a designated show car parking areas and a car wash station for those making the drive. 

The pre-event party sets the stage for a Texas style Goodguys show opener on Friday. The Goodguys autocross begins a 8:00am on Friday till Noon, then starts the afternoon session from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.

The Goodguys AutoCross is one of the most anticipated events at each stop.

At the end of Friday’s show, there will be an after-hours TGIF party at the DFW Marriott with a DJ, food and fun till late in the evening. Saturday night is the Track Cruise from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Sunday afternoon wraps up with another Track Cruise from Noon to 1:00pm.
