Tremec Transmissions has started up their Facebook page and it looks like it’s going to be a source of up-to-the-minute news and customer applications. Paul Brown of Tiger Racing is a strong believer in Tremec products for his World Challenge BOSS 302S Mustang and is featured on the Facebook page.
Established in 1964, Tremec supplies high performance manual transmissions to all three domestic auto manufacturers, having long been used in Camaros, Mustangs and Vipers.
Tremec products span a variety of 5 and 6-speed gearbox models with torque capacities up to 700 ft-lb and are designed to work in a wide variety of uses, from cruising to all-out road course and drag race competition.
These days, many company’s Facebook pages are much more up to date than their web sites. As well, it can be much easier to get a response from their people that monitor activity on the page. So, why not slide over to Facebook and have a look.
If you’ve ever owned a T-5, TKO, TR-3650 or T-56, you already appreciate what these folks do, so let them know.
