The Johnsonville Big Taste Grill National Tour Makes a stop at the Goodguys 18th Colorado Nationals. Buy a brat and fight cancer.

And just when you think that things couldn’t get any better with the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association‘s Colorado Nationals, the group announced late last week that the Johnsonville Big Taste Grill national tour will be making a stop at the Goodguys 18th Colorado Nationals.

Sunday, September 13 will feature the K&N Filters All American Sunday, open to all years American made and powered vehicles.

The Johnsonville Big Grill, which is not your average BBQ, is 20-feet tall, 65-feet long and 6-feet in diameter. The 6,000-pound lid is must be opened by hydraulic system, and here’s the most meaningful information: The onboard refrigerator can hold a half ton of brats and the grill can cook up to 2,500 per hour or about 750 at a time on the grill. The grill will be onsite all weekend cooking up some great Johnsonville brats and sausages! It is all for a good cause too because all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society – so buy a brat and fight cancer.

As usual, the Goodguys Colorado Nationals event will showcase over 2,000 hot rods, customs, classics, muscle cars and trucks. The beautiful classics will display on the scenic acreage of the Ranch Events Complex for three days of Fun from September 11th-September 13, 2015.

Throw in three days of Goodguys AutoCross racing competition, the ever-popular automotive swap meet, AutoTrader Classics Cars for sale corral, musical entertainment, kids’ activities, model and pedal car show and you have the full Goodguys’ national event experience.

Sunday, September 13 will feature the K&N Filters All American Sunday, open to all years American made and powered vehicles. The event will be concluded with an awards ceremony beginning at 2:22 pm at the entertainment stage.
