Dave Despain – a legend in motor sports journalism, and host of the Dave Despain Show on MAVTV has been named Grand Marshal of the MAVTV 500 IndyCar race on Saturday, June 27 at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA. An international field including reigning Indy 500 champion Juan Pablo Montoya will contest the race. Despain’s popular weekly TV series “The Dave Despain Show” will return to the MAVTV network premiering on July 12 at 8pm ET. The 30 minute format gives the veteran interviewer the opportunity to sit with racing legends, current superstars, and rising young guns.
