Here at Power & Performance News, we tend to deal mostly with street performance, but this was just too good to pass up. If you are into dirt track or drag racing, you probably have already heard of Jay Dickens and the incredible engines he produces.
If you haven’t, here’s the simple introduction–Jay Dickens is one of the most successful Dirt Late Model engine builders in the country. His engines have won big races nationwide, and yet Dickens remains as approachable and open as ever. Recently, Ben Shelton of OneDirt, our sister publication, visited Jay Dickens Racing Engines, and Dickens even allowed us to film as he provided a tour.
Even if you aren’t a big fan of dirt track racing, we’re betting you will enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at a top level race engine shop.
