Despite being one of the greatest drag racers that has ever lived, “Big Daddy” Don Garlits rarely grants interviews.
But when he does, boy, is it worth waiting for.
The man affectionately known as Big Daddy gave this interview to ESPN during the NHRA Gatornationals and spoke lovingly of his wife, Pat, who just recently passed after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
