SRT Hellcat 6.2L Hemi 105mm Nitrous Plate System | Nitrous Outlet photos

Nitrous Outlet has a new system specifically designed to fit the 2015+ Dodge Hellcat with an HHP 105mm throttle body and vehicle specific solenoid brackets. It will also work with aftermarket 100mm throttle bodies and is available as a complete wet system or as a plate conversion to upgrade an existing nitrous system. 

The complete system offered by Nitrous Outlet comes with everything needed to spray 200 hp, but with additional jetting, it can handle up to a 400 hp shot. 

Both the full system (PN 00-10165) and plate conversion kit (PN 00-43008) include an injection plate with six nitrous and fuel discharge ports to thoroughly saturate the air intake charge with a thoroughlyatomized mixture. This is critical with higher horsepower levels to ensure proper cylinder-to-cylinder distribution.

The billet aluminum plate fits the Dodge Hellcat supercharger snout easily and has an anodized black finish with CNC engraved logo and fuel/nitrous labels. It also features wide-open throttle activation. 

According to Nitrous Outlet, the wide-open throttle (WOT) switch allows the system to be activated only when the motor is at full throttle. So there is no need to cobble together a momentary switch for activation by hand like the old days. Simply arm the system when you are ready to make a run and hit the pedal.

This complete system includes all of the necessary components for operation, such as the billet aluminum nitrous plate, 50-100-150-200 hp jetting, and various hardware. It also comes with fuel rail adapters for aftermarket fuel rails and wiring to install the nitrous system correctly. Nitrous Outlet prides itself on being completely plug and play for the intended vehicle application.

Meanwhile, the plate conversion kit includes all needed hardware and jetting to convert a single nozzle wet system to a plate system.

All plates are flow tested to ensure proper function and flow characteristics.

This plate will work with any brand wet system and has -3AN inlet fittings for fuel and nitrous as it fits any aftermarket 100mm throttle bodies. It’s even E85 compatible with different jetting.
