It’s only by coincidence that we came across this news item today, as we nearly got in an accident on the way to work this morning thanks to an oblivious driver holding up traffic while they tinkered with their Smartphone.

Exibit A: "Duckface"

Recently, The Smoking Jacket revealed that internet sensation Winter Pierzina (aka “Epic Cleavage Girl”) – known for her now banned YouTube videos demonstrating how she uses her enormous bra as a purse – totaled her bright red Ford Focus ZX3 while texting.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt in the accident, but that wasn’t enough to keep the book from being thrown her.

Apparently, traffic judges in Tuscon, Arizona really, really hate cell phone-related accidents because Winter was slapped with “a ton of community service” as well as $2,500 in fines.

While YouTube fame is nice, it isn’t all that lucrative, and Winter simply doesn’t have the money. But if she doesn’t pay, she’ll go to jail.

To keep herself from the “pokey,” Winter has set up a website, MyGirlFund.com pleading for donations to pay off her fines keep her from doing jail time.

Oh, and don’t think she’s expecting people to donate out of the good of their hearts, she’s promising personalized risque photos for each contribution. As of right now, there’s no word on the current total and how much is left, and frankly, we’re not entirely sure this isn’t just a scam to rake in some extra cash.

(Editor’s Note – Seems we got caught with our pants down – figuratively of course. Winter’s accident happened back over a year ago. Winter’s scheme failed, causing her to seek employment at Buffalo Wild Wings in Stockton, CA, in early 2011, where good honest hard work paid her court fines. Sorry for the flub. -Ed.)
