As with just about any group or niche, it’s always the one-percent that ruin things for the other 99 percent. While the spills on the drag strip truly were innocent accidents, the mindless hooliganism in the other clips not only endanger the drivers and the bystanders, but the muscle car community in general.

Doing burnouts while leaving car meets or doing donuts in crowded parking lots are the types of things that cause the car community to be looked down upon. Many of the legal restrictions and regulations on shows and events are the consequence of stupid behavior. There truly is a time and a place for everything, and most of the accidents in the video could have been avoided had the drivers been conscious of this.

Nevertheless, the internet is riddled with poor choices as seen in videos of burnouts gone wrong, donuts ending in disaster and other various fails and otherwise unnecessary mishaps. It’s inevitable – there’s going to be those who neglect to think things through. And while it can be fun to gawk at other peoples’ lack of common sense, the truth is that it’s only funny until it happens to you.
