Spotted on Craigslist, we stumbled across this steal that shouldn’t go unnoticed. If you’re in the market in search of some bow ties, look no further as one individual is parting ways with a 1963 Chevrolet Impala and 1963 Chevy Bel Air.
Some may see these two classics as a lost cause, but one man’s garbage can be another man’s treasure. The owner wants both to go at the same time, which both have clean titles but require full restoration.
Both classics have been beat harshly by the elements as it looks to have endured harsh winters and hot summer days. The rust is prominent and the damage has been done. However, if one can look past all the imperfections between both cars, there’s plenty of potential.
The third-generation Chevy Impala is a sought after vehicle that caters to both the custom and rod scene. It may not be as prominent and appealing as the ’64 Impala, but it shares some of the striking features that make its attractive design.
As for the Bel Air, it may not be a Tri-Five, but it is a looker nonetheless. Whether you want the Impala, the Bel Air, or both, this is a sweet deal for an enthusiast with the time and dedication.
Anything is possible with these two classics, and it would be great to see these cars make their way back onto the road or at the least resurrected to their former glory. These classics hold much prestige and despite their current condition, all it takes is a passionate and determined individual or collective to spark their revival.
The insides of both the Bel Air and the Impala are in need of a some upholstery and fabrication.
Would you go for this deal at $5,500 for both? If so, what would be your first order of business? Feel free to share your thoughts below and what you would do.
