When we first started seeing Lokar’s ultra cool throttle cables, we just had to put them on our own cars. However, a quick look thought the website and we see lots more cool items that make us feel like a kid in a candy store.

This year Lokar took a few steps in another direction and showed that it can come up with exciting new ideas and components for hot rod and muclecar owners. The Goolsby Edition components are sure to make it onto your wish list.

One of the first items we came across was a bolt on vent for either hood or fender sides that has a very unique attachment. The vent fits into a hole cut in the panel, and from the underside the panel is sandwiched between the mounting brackets for a clean, custom look.

Moving over to the doors, a custom set of door pulls in two sizes have a unique replaceable insert – including one that is upholstery ready to match your interior. Door pulls are available in brushed, polished, or black.

Also on display was a custom looking exhaust tip that will surely add some coolness points to your exhaust. The exhaust tips will add style and billet goodness to your rear valance, and will fit up to a three-inch pipe.

Add to those the new pedal kits from the Goolsby Edition line, available with a machined pad or a grip-tape ready pad, these pedals are designed for manual or automatic applications, and can even be matched up with Lokar’s drive-by-wire throttle setup. These pedals won Best Body, Glass & Interior Components at SEMA.

And speaking of automatics, how about a shifter for your auto trans that mocks the looks of a manual shifter? This cool shifter even won another award at SEMA this year. But Lokar wasn’t quite finished, taking on a runner up award for Best New Performance/Street Product with a new shifter for modern automatics that offers up a bump-stick function to get through the forward gears, locking out reverse and neutral in the bump-stick mode and shifting only one forward-gear at a time, either up or down the range.
