This Task Force model truck has been through a frame off restoration to bring it back to its former glory. The Thriftmaster is topped with a Chevrolet-branded valve cover, period correct Rochester carburetor, and a modern alternator for making sure you get to the show on time.

Chrome door handles, mirrors, and bumpers brighten up the appearance as a whole. Multiple “Chevrolet 3100” emblems are positioned correctly around the truck just as they were in 1957. Custom professional pinstripes add the final touches.

The original interior was nothing to write home about when compared to luxury vehicles of the day. Now, the correctly restored interior is jaw-dropping. A two-tone dash, chrome knobs and AM radio all scream “1950s.” For a little modern cruising comfort, a Sony CD player is nestled in the glove box.
