Going to be around Pleasanton, California early this November? Well, then be sure to swing by the Goodguys 25th Autumn Get-Together November 8th and 9th at the Alameda Fairgrounds.
Saying goodbye to the show season has been a tradition for the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association. This year they’ll celebrate the end of another great circuit during the second weekend of November in the famed hometown headquarters.
Just like in years past, the Autumn Get-Together will welcome American-built or powered vehicles from all years with over 2,500 vehicles expected to attend the event. In addition to the car show, the event will also feature a Vettes for Vets parade on both Saturday and Sunday, swap meet, Auto Trader Classic Cars 4 Sale Corral, lowrider display, Goodguys Autocross, vendors and manufacturer exhibits, a model and pedal car show, Goodgals arts and crafts gallery, and also free kids entertainment. Another highlight of the Veterans Day Weekend celebration is the Pinstripers Brush Bash and silent auction.
Special awards will be given at the Get-Together, including the Specialty Sales Classic Pick, Goodguys Gazette Pick, and the Goodguys Pick. There will also be special parking areas at the event, including the Young Guys/Gals parking area presented by Jet-Hot Performance Coatings and the Trick Truck Coral.
To show a car at the event, you’ll need to register your car at the fairgrounds while walk-in participants can either buy tickets online (up until the night before the show) or at the gate on show days. Active and retired military personnel will receive a $5.00 discount off of general admission on Saturday and free admission on Sunday with a valid military ID.
We know a lot of industry and lucky spectators will be attending SEMA the first week of November, but if you’re passing through Pleasanton, California or skipping Las Vegas this year, be sure to check out the Goodguys 25th Autumn Get-Together November 8th and 9th and help the hot rod association say goodbye to yet another great season!
