Mark your calendars for the ultimate celebration for Mopar enthusiasts worldwide – the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals car show, taking place from July 12 to 14. Positioned just under two weeks after the mid-point of 2024, this three-day extravaganza has earned its reputation as the largest and finest event of its kind, attracting visitors from near and far to Carlisle Fairgrounds.
As the 34th edition of this spectacular event coincides with 50 Years of Carlisle Events, the Mopar excitement is set to reach new heights. The show boasts a colossal automotive flea market, a car corral, Showfield, and special displays and activities. Notable displays for 2024 include Old Skool Paint, celebrating authentic early ’70s looks. There will also be an area showing off 55 Years of the A12, featuring a grand gathering on the Showfield. You can expect to see restored, modified, and original A12 rides in this area of the event.
The Mopar Survivors tent, a beloved destination for owners and fans of original/unrestored collector cars, continues to be a highlight. In its second year post the passing of Mel Major, this showcase features vehicles at least 25 years old retaining a minimum of 85% original assembly line parts.
While the goal is to fill Building T with retina-burning High Impact Paint and Old Skool Paint, there’s still plenty of opportunities for others to show off their Mopars. Showgoers can also enjoy a free kick-off party on July 11, hosted by the Mopar Rebellion Car Club, along with thrilling track activities like the Real Street Shootout, rolling exhaust contests, burnouts, and more.
